Almost all of us feel sleepy during office hours we usually get bored easily especially on those jobs that you don't like the most or not having an interest even a bit just you can count on me in that case :) but I'll give some tips on how to get rid of those boring moments and sleepiness.
Things to do
take a break, have a cup of coffee or if you're a smoker take a smoke.
washing your face.
eat sweet foods better if its natural.
find someone to talk or to share stories.
stretch a little bit it will surely help you to gain focus.
First thing first prevention is still the best right?, so get some sleep at night at least 8 hours. It is the standard or else you will be like a working zombie in the office and no one wants it right?. But if you're having a problem on sleeping early at night maybe because of different factors.
